The official transportation vehicle of Shortwave Radiogram, 2345 UTC, 9265 kHz from WINB Pennsylvania, received 1) via SDR in the Canary Islands and 2) direct to here in northern Virginia. The image is MFSK64. The MFSK64 text decoded 100% via the Canaries and 97% here in northern Virginia.
