The grocery store employee was gonna ring up my leeks as bok choy because they didn’t know what a leek was, and even though it would have been cheaper for me, I corrected them. Everyone deserves to know what a leek is. Thems yummy.

I cannot recommend enough making oven dried tomatoes. Even meh tasting ones are delicious dried. Mix equal parts sugar (I use coconut sugar for everything, but whatever kind) and salt, sprinkle a tiny bit on each tomato slice. 225° oven for four or five hours until dried. Store in fridge or freeze.
