Ehhh, my wife is a mother of four from California and she seems to do all right in Washington. Maybe the problem for Zacharia was not that but being an unqualified incompetent who lied about her credentials

I’m not saying it’s the most valuable public space in DC. But the attempt to illegally privatize it is part and parcel of the larger project of remaking DC to suit the whims of this one criminal president, to the detriment of the people who live there and will still be there long after he’s gone.

That’s the same way they approach writing essays, so this tracks. They don’t actually understand arguments, partially because they like to claim the fruits of the humanities without actually respecting or studying or working at the humanities.
