Articles of impeachment must be filed, ASAP, and any Congressperson who doesn't do so is violating their own oath of office. There's no political bargaining out of this. Need a hard NO now, before we lose the chance to say no. (And even if they won't pass today that drum needs to be banged daily.)

Putin & India worked desperately to drive a wedge between Canada & the US. PM Modi of India was recently charged by Canada for sending death squads to their country where they killed democractic leaders. Russia hates Canada for their effective support of Kyiv.
