I’m genuinely worried that he weakened her civil case with this statement out of petty fury that he’s rightfully getting heat for not pressing charges against rapists. He clearly isn’t interested in seeing her succeed and he basically called her a liar—a huge gift to the civil defense

beyond disgusting to punch down at the victim of an hours-long gang rape, nitpick at fundamentally irrelevant details & ignore how the men's own statements don't make any sense, are completely inconsistent/defy all logic. victims are the only ones who are supposed to be perfect

This 33-year-old nurse told the FBI she knew she was “going to set him free” after border patrol agents brought in a man whose face was bloodied and seriously injured. She treated him and helped him escape, and she faces charges now. He got away, and they never relocated him.
