My Grandma lived 5 doors down from Ted...down Altway towards the valley pub in Aintree. When I was about 5-6 yo I was playing footy by myself on the green outside his house. He came out and let take some shots against him. It was a top day.

Amazing seeing this again and knowing exactly where I was...in a computer room at university in New Hampshire,USA looking at updates from an early BBC website, no visuals just script. Had to explain to American students why I was dancing round at about 10/11 am 🤣🕺
