Good morning. Today’s #BirdOfTheDay theme is #BadFeatherDay, wind blown birds, rain soaked etc. I went with a molting blue jay: not just missing its conspicuous and jaunty crest, but practically bald, wearing only pinfeathers on its head. This bird isn't ill: this is normal after breeding season.
