I think it’s a coalition of groups. Group One learned great-power geopolitics from Civilization and HOI and sees democracy as a hopelessly squishy form of government that can’t possibly win a war against a stoic leviathan state of manly lethal killguys

in cs a problem is solved if there's at least an approximate solution for a roughly similar problem. in math a problem is solved if the axiom of choice implies a solution exists, regardless of if anyone knows how to actually find it. in philosophy if they solve a problem it stops being philosophy

in cs a "hard problem" is one that's a member of some hardness class, while in math they call a problem hard if it's one existing analytical tools can't crack. meanwhile in philosophy they call a problem hard if it's just poorly posed nonsense and kinda a waste of time to think about
