Every news story about the death of Kohen Wiley should also be clear to explain that, in the US, low-income parents can't use food stamps to pay for diapers, wipes, or other basic baby supplies.

Let’s even just pretend for a moment that no baby was shot and killed. Why tf you can “use force” (at all) for *shoplifting* with bystanders around is the stupidest and most irresponsible and dangerous policing policy. Maybe ever. wtf.
