We use a novel, kit-based method to rapidly purify MN from cell lines and tumor samples, allowing for direct sequencing of their contents to show different biases depending on the CIN landscape in each sample

One of the first things I was taught as a youngster when contributing to hefty papers was that it's not about convincing the critical reviewer, but wearing them out. A war of attrition packed into endless polite sentences, additional analyses and distractions masking as triangulation 😐
