I had a couple of interviews with him too. He was incredible. The second time was years after the first and the first thing he said was 'when we start recording we'll begin with chatting about the last time we talked'. His incredible recording machine stuck together with sticky tape. Legend!

While I will continual to advocate for less harmful means of identifying #mecfs & #pem (2 day CPET) I have massive respect for @sunsopeningband.bsky.social and his team's work bc they really are one of a few researchers who really seem to care and understand the impacts of this horrific disease 🙌🏻
