It's fully BS. The clinical autistic "diagnosis" is a diagnosis for CPTSD as it presents in autistic people. This has been proven. These people are making up whatever they can to avoid admitting there's nothing pathological about being autistic. If you're of the autistic phenotype, you're autistic.

Definitely! I find externalising all of that stuff, even seemingly small, really eases off my mental load since I don’t have to stress about remembering; even if it takes me some time to action. Plus there’s something nice & intentional about it

This is perfectly correct. There is a proper amount of pedantic. Too little, and people are going through their lives being wrong. We can't have that. Too much, and you're just being controlling. It stifles freedom & creativity. People just need to be pedantic about their pedantic-ness. </s>
