This season, booksellers fear the request, “I think it had a teal cover…” - Michael
Show PostAs we're in cold season, I just want to shout out to this again: First Defence. Have used it for a couple of years now, either preventatively when I've been around someone who's ill, or at the start of feeling a cold coming on. Definitely works to either stop something outright or reduce severity.
Show PostIt's not cheap (£6-£8) but the date on it is long and you can keep it in the house just in case, there's no 'once opened use by' and it'll take you a good while to get through one even at 4 times a day of use. It works against other viruses too so it can help stop/reduce the severity of Covid.
Show PostNot anecdotal btw, they've done studies on these sprays and they work. In May 2025 I got Covid and used this and my symptoms stayed quite mild. The Man used it preventatively and he didn't catch it from me at all even though we didn't stay away from each other www.thelancet.com/journals/lan...
