I live in rural Louisiana. Been in this rural area for approximately 16 years now. Voted in several elections. Today, hands down, was the most Black people I've ever seen in line.

On a subconscious level you'd have to think something like that to do this, but I doubt there's that much intentional method to the madness. They're just loathsome people and also insanely incompetent idiots. I don't think they thought it through at all past "haha her mother says she's a liar."

Honestly, I think people are overthinking it; the assumption is that most people won't pay that much attention or remember it in any detail or look up the history or research the backstory, but they'll retain the vague impression that Action is so awful even her mother can't support it.
