A good piece form Josh Marshall on how to reform the Supreme Court: talkingpointsmemo.com/edblog/what-... Exerpts: there’s no serious reform that doesn’t first include adding justices because that is the only immediate way to break the corrupt power of the current majority.

Oh no! I had no idea this was in the works. How sad. I spent my freshman year at Smith, down the road, & while I didnt get over to Hampshire all that much the times I did I met really interesting, creative, out-of-the-box thinkers. How sad that an opportunity to nurture that mentality is going away.
