This talk rules and gets to a lot of stuff I think about when people tell people to "just watch the game's cutscenes on youtube" or even how it feels to write a visual novel vs just writing a story. I usually say a VN is a game is the maker wants it to be, but Acerola says "it is the PURIST game"
