Some nice birding on patch today. Started with a decent movement of finches at Lydstep Point: 162 Goldfinch, 41 Siskin, 179 Linnet all east. At lunchtime 3 Firecrest in Manorbier Valley. This evening in the fields between Manorbier and Jameston - a nice Lapland Bunting! #birdingWales #patchbirding

Two leaf mines on clover from yesterday in Long Melford, Suffolk. 1. The moth Parectopa ononidis (Clover Stilt). 2. The fly Agromyza nana. Lots of black frass in the latter.
