Thank you! Internally, we call it "Agency": you do something, and the game world reacts to your actions. Agency is our overarching gameplay pillar, manifested in destruction, suppression, and co-op interaction mechanics.

Absolutely when i started I actually wanted to keep the camera fixed but the more i worked on the game the more i realized that I wanted players to be able to look around more at the scale of things (also the sliding mechanic would of been dreadful with a fixed cam)
