Bullshit. Cuomo is a sexual abuser and a grifter who said FAR worse things about Mamdani over the past couple of weeks (and accepted an endorsement from that other notorious sexual abuser and grifter, Donald Trump). Saying "I don't want to say his name again" is MILD.
