It’s just kinda a lot, y’know? The barefaced steps the state is taking to ensure the deaths of as many people like yourself as possible, because of who they are. Then having to get up in the morning and earn a wage. Anyway, there must be a word for this kind of systematic dehumanisation and death.

Hell, I'd go further than irrelevant - it's *actively* misleading. It encourages a clinician to start from a potentially incorrect assumption about anatomy, rather than a neutral position from which to investigate further.
