As a Black progressive, the only solution I see to this coming clusterfuck is Ayanna Pressley. She can give Clyburn his Black Speaker & also satisfy the folks who want to cut aid to Israel. It would also give AOC leverage for her 2028 run. All other paths lead to ruin! 9/

Clyburn & Jeffries will do ALMOST anything to keep this from happening. But my fear is this does not include demoting D. W. Schultz, W. Bell & J. Moskowitz in favor of other members. This will lead to a contested House election with the NYT, CBS, CNN etc all aligning with Clyburn. 8/
