Proofread your art notes, too. Don’t just rely on spellcheck; I’ve seen a peer’s typo transform a punch with an electric fist into a slap with an electric fish. The illustration still looked amazing, but it was a very different vibe. 😂

Writing clear art notes is vital. Story Time: Someone (not me) once wrote an art note for the Rage TCG that said something like “the Zmei bites some clown in half,” assuming the artist would intuit that “some clown” meant a random guy. The artist followed the note exactly. Honk. Honk.
