I'm talking about the ones comfortably esconced in the West. They do have that privilege, and should know that this cycle of violence will hurt Palestinians a lot more than it will Israelis.

I think it is more depressing than that. About 25% of the population thinks the attacks were not genocidal and totally justified. That's a large number of people who seem to not understand the kind of evil it takes to kill indiscriminately at point blank range.

It doesn't matter how many times they clarify or apologize. It doesn't matter how many times you're told that none of those people even have the government power to order a genocide, or that the IDF would never follow any such orders. You're sure you "caught them" and nothing will shake you.
