As a city resident I had permits for the congestion charge and you still issued me (and loads of other drivers) with a PCN for travel on Sunday 27th September. Why should I trust you to administer this scheme competently?

After Botley Road reopened last week, the traffic through the city centre has been awful. The traffic filters are going to focus all traffic into the city on Botley Road, and make that route a total nightmare.

www.bbc.co.uk/news/article... There comes a point where I just stop going to certain places because I don't want to deal with an administrative hassle of working out what I need to pay, under what conditions, at what time, where and how. This is not a "traffic filter" - it's a part-time road toll.
