This has nothing to with BattlEye, it's completely because R* are biased jerks. All R* has to do is ask BattlEye to enable Linux support, and that's it: store.steampowered.com/news/group/4... Many other BattlEye games continue to work fine on Linux (such as Planetside 2, ARK, Albion Online etc).
