Seeing aside more work experience, it’s interesting that these things do all get taught in schools (stress management probably less explicitly and with more variety). That doesn’t mean they get taught well, of course, but it is often claimed that they don’t feature at all.

It just occurred to me that my non-teacher friends know that I'm a teacher, but they don't generally know that I teach five preps. I'm not just a teacher, I'm a teacher with a MUCH heavier than standard workload. (And they're five preps of college level math, which I think matters.)
