I very much want a world where nobody has to DIY HRT and there are lots of unique things that can go wrong in DIY. But it's the case that there is basically nowhere currently the systems that provide trans care aren't at risk of being co-opted and turned into systems for denying trans care (again).

Nothing stays yet everything accumulates. Streams are up in the air right now, although I will be back as soon as I can. Having a health scare with my cat Mallow. I don't know what will happen. It's serious. I've basically been crying for two days straight. My body and mind aren't working at all.

Got the call. The radiologist and vet are cautiously optimistic that he does NOT have bone cancer. He just hurt his hip and needs some time to heal. We can't rule out cancer but we're cautiously optimistic he'll recover well.
