I’m sure you’ll enjoy that olive oil 😊 I believe a sip or two daily is good for general health! It’s also good on salads and drizzled over various foods. Just be careful that you don’t muddle it up with other bottles that may or may not be in that bag…🥂

It is rather expensive now. We used to use it a lot for cooking, save it more for drizzles and salads now and use rapeseed or veg oil for fying stuff.
