It’s allowing charges from CCRB to proceed after a NYPD judge blocked them. Tisch overruled the judge to reinstate the case. (Criminal trial already happened and he was acquitted) Not commenting on the case, but Tisch could have done nothing, but instead made the right call for the right reason.
