First 1/2 of Sean's piece misses the point. Extending TADs that grew over 25 yrs & generate $80M/yr does NOT = creating new ones that generate 0. Extending TADs steals $80M from Schools & public services. To waste on connected developers, e.g. Stitch, CNN Ctr, not on supplying affordable homes.
