Today tens of thousands of immigrants, all of whom are lawfully present and were deemed worthy of Medicaid coverage by Newt Gingrich of all people, are getting kicked off their health care.

I’ve had the good fortune to talk to a case manager who helps Medicaid beneficiaries with serious health conditions access the care & supports they need. For several weeks, their time has been diverted trying to help people prepare to lose health coverage.
