Excited to share this work from our group, together with the Jackson and Beisel labs! 🧬 We found that aminoacylated tRNA fragments can act as signals to activate bacterial immunity, boosting protection by Cas12a3. Very cool biology, and a great collaboration! www.biorxiv.org/content/10.6...
