There are gnoll units in Draw Steel called “Cacklers.” As far as I can tell from their stats, they don’t carry weapons and their main attack is dealing psychic damage by laughing at their targets. There is no art of them in the book, AND they are small-sized. I picture them as shitty Scrappy-Doos

Think you're missing the magic keyword. Also, I love the "perk" naming of each ability. I like how Draw Steel does that for their titles, and I've been doing it for my leveled treasures too. It gives a ton more flair to the item.
