there is no problem with calling a racist person a racist. you say racist things, you're a racist. it ain't hard. don't say or do racist things if you don't want to get called a racist. there is no alternate reality where a person says something racist and isn't being a racist. Racist is a noun.
Show PostIf at some point you decide "I am willing to throw this group under the bus to get ahead, even though I don't believe the things I'm about to say," that's just bigotry. It's someone looking at marginalized people and going "expendable".
Show PostThe idea that racism requires active intentional malice is one of the most effective tools racism has to propagate itself since it automatically absolves institutions, tools, bots, and anything else without agency.
Show PostMy position is: who cares? And I'm agreeing with you, to be clear. I don't care what's in their hearts. Your words and actions are racist. End of discussion.
