There are miserable mornings to come. Three months of sleet, and wind sucking the warmth from my body. Damp socks and wet dogs and blue hands. Sideways rain and black sunless joyless chore-walks, traipsing wetfoot home before the sun can even be bothered. But dawns like this. Dawns like this.
