@cg-martini.bsky.social MD simulations showed accumulation of unsaturated lipids (di-18:2 PC) around short proteins and accumulation of saturated lipids (di-18:0 PC) around long proteins in binary lipid mixtures. So cool how adding a C=C bond can totally change lipid behavior!
