The full team was like 1000 people. People outside of the “core team” did some major heavy lifting. This is outsourcing. What you are doing is outsourcing and then downgrading their contributions. There is nothing innovative about this.

okay you don't get to say this when your core team is 75 people plus a few hundred contractors, though. you can say that if your core team is, like, 3 people and you contracted another 3 people
