Brain breaks are critical to us - we have block scheduling and teens are not happy to go that long without a break. I get them up and moving every block or they get tired. #TeacherEd #SpEd

My supervisor wants us to work from bell to bell, but I would be a liar if I said I did that. These are children, not soldiers, and children with LDs especially need a built in break to keep them from burning out entirely. #TeacherEd #SpEd
