I want my students to know that IEP is their toolkit. We practice "mini-advocacy," where they learn to say, "I need a quiet space for this" or "Can you show me that one more time?" Helping them find their voice now is just as important as the academic stuff we're teaching. #TeacherEd #SpEd

Differentiate instruction through flexible classroom activities, scaffolded homework, and consistent communication with families. Use visuals, chunked tasks, and clear expectations. Provide feedback and adjust supports based on student needs to promote access, engagement, and progress.
