I never hated him. I hated everything he said. I don’t hate you. I would like to think you’re capable of changing your mind. I would have liked for him to come to the realization of how wrong he was and live in the shame of the things he had said and done. No matter how unlikely that change.

You can’t place such a cap on hiring in order to increase diversity. This creates a quota, and quotas have been illegal for decades. Diversity in recruitment doesn’t guarantee diversity in hiring.

I suppose that's fair. It's incredibly disruptive for the average American, though, and harms the rest of us. Things like getting rid of the department of education doesn't fix the education system. It just dismantles protections for underprivileged and disabled kids. (Just an example)
