At the pharmacy and this woman was standing like 2 feet directly behind me. Was she raised by wild animals? What ever happened to privacy at the pharmacy counter? I did turn around and tell her that the line starts 6 feet to my right, not 2 feet behind me bc wtf?

The best advice I have for anyone like us is to got to physical therapy as often as possible. (I know you can't) I got so much worse when I got a computer and sat at a desk all the time. Stretch if you can and look up videos on exercise on Youtube.
