like truly, what is the underlying logic there? we don't need women for clinical trials bc it'll just be the same, but also, men and women are so impossibly different that transition could never reallly work and its impossible to know how estrogen might effect trans women

"Assume that trans women are gonna be just like cis women unless you have documented, scientifically verified reasons to believe differently" is treated as though it is the single greatest heresy in world of "experts on gender affirming care" and it really gives away the game.
