She gave her son with emotional problems a gun. She must be an imbecile not to have had any idea giving a mentally ill child a gun could result in people being killed. Anyone that stupid shouldn’t breed. I’ll save my sympathy for the actual victims, not a shit mother that helped her son kill.

I think the “troubled” is describing behavior, not educational needs. Taking a gun to a school with evil intent is the act of a troubled person. The two are unrelated.
