This is ridiculous. During the by-election I heard over and over again about how hard it is to find swimming lessons. Too many kids are falling through the cracks. If parents can't teach their kids how to swim in our public pools, how are they supposed to learn?

Heads up #newwest Our most popular public space is a linear park like this, albeit the water feature is the Fraser River. Quayside. This shows we can make many more streets appealing (and better adapted to our climate) in a similar way.
