Everyone is 100% exactly the same genetically and has equal access to opportunity & resources, so it's all your fault that you don't look like the guy whose job is spending hours doing unpleasant things to look the way he does or else his career is over. You know, healthy expectations of reality.

I think it's even better that when asked about it, they say how hard and terrible it was, and even unhealthy. I forget who, but one lost so much water weight they needed treatment
