I was in Pre-Queue at 11am EST/ 8am PST. Put two packs in the cart and waited 58 minutes. Then I was put in a line with over an hour wait, while your system fully broke. Waited another 75 minutes, only to be told 10 minutes later it sold out. Fix your system. This is beyond unacceptable.

Wait in a queue for 45 minutes to have queue break. Wait another hour to have the queue repaired. Wait 5 more minutes in queue to receive notice that it is sold out. It would be nearly impossible to deliberately design a worse customer experience. Are you trying to make people dislike this game?
