I guess you could test with 8k token prompts, then have it put a summarized version into GPT-3.5's 4k prompt and compare outputs? For style points you could have GPT-4 summarize the 8k tokens into 4k tokens

Extrapolate that sort of rate out to a distribution of the growing population of users. OpenAI or Stability would have to do a deal with Twitter or Meta
