Le souci c’est que c’est un problème structurel et que l’ensemble de l’édifice tient sur la capacité des EC à contenir leur burn-out. De ce que je lis, pour moi la seule solution est de prolonger ton arrêt jusqu’à après septembre et de revenir quand tu as récupéré.
