Thinking of setting up a side business called "Talk to a Manager" where people can call and complain about whatever. "Managers" will listen and note down the concerns. Then we'll issue a "Complaint Number" while promising to keep the complaint on file for 7 years.

...and now I've read the website and see you covered ADM too! But, yeah, as well as having the govt's use be transparent, I reckon there's a bit to be gained by designing transparency into the day-to-day functioning.
