Trying not to cry at the thought of another shitty day with my life being dictated to by the controllers and their spies. It seems to get harder and harder each day. I didn't choose this. Why can't they leave me alone?

I felt so tired this morning after my covid flu jabs, all I could say is "this can't be done", so I slept for another an hour (yes! Even coffees didn't work). I don't know how much quality time I'll have tomorrow, but it's packed one thing after another

I have returned from the BANC social session at a local pub. It was fun and more relaxing then the more formal group I was meant to have a date directly after, but he’s got to go up and help his daughter so we rebooked for tomorrow
